• Building surveys - residential surveys. Full structural and condition surveys
• Building surveys - commercial surveys. Done to cover your own requirement (pre-refurbishment or alterations, pre-sale, pre-purchase).
• Architectural plans and designs - for new buildings, alterations and extensions to residential and commercial properties. Sketch designs. Full planning and building regulation approvals obtained. Listed building consent and conservation area consents. As existing layout plans for feasibility studies drawn up.
• Deed plans drawn - fire route plans.
• Party wall agreements - drawn up to comply with the terms of The Party Wall Act 1996.
• CDM co-ordinator service - all documentation on behalf on the client.
• Disability Discrimination Act 1995 surveys - to ensure that the building complies with the Act. Recommendations and a schedule produced for the work required to ensure compliance.
